Before you book.
These conditions accompany the September 2025 to August 2026 rates. Confirm the current conditions with the lodge.
Deposit & balance
- 50% deposit within 24 hours of booking.
- Remaining balance payable 14 days before arrival.
- The tariff includes all visitors older than two years.
- All tariffs may change without notice.
Seasons & minimum stays
- Peak season covers all long weekends, public holidays and school holidays.
- Special pricing does not apply in peak season.
- Normal weekends: minimum booking of two days.
- Long weekends: book the entire long weekend.
- A one-day midweek booking costs the normal tariff plus 20%.
Arrival & house rules
- Check in between 14:00 and 22:00.
- Check out before 10:00 on departure day.
- No music, parties, firearms, pets or quad bikes. The accommodation pages also prohibit noise.
Terms & cancellation
The sheet states that accepting a booking confirms acceptance of the lodge’s terms, cancellation policy and indemnity policy.
